“The gentleman who owns the place was kind enough to make a repair on my wife’s Prada sunglasses, free of charge. It only needed a screw, but he still needed time to search through his stash of old screws, he would’ve been justified in charging me a small fee, but he waved it. This shouldn’t be everyone’s expectation going in, but it was a nice treat nonetheless.”
